Lead to Soar is a business squarely focused on supporting women to advance in Leadership.
Despite decades of gender equity work, the percentage of women represented in top executive, C-Level, and political positions has barely budged. In the US, the gender pay gap was decreased by a mere 2 cents in two decades.
If there’s so much emphasis and investment in gender equality, why is it we’ve made so little progress?
We know from decades of research and work consulting directly with organizations for women’s advancement that there are usually critical business and leadership skills missing from women’s development and mentorship.
With that knowledge, we work with leaders, cohorts of women in organizations, and individual women to fill missing skill gaps so that women are set up for success. Put another way, we prepare women to *earn their positions of leadership at the next level.
